Match Report
Saint Ronan's School Boys-U10B vs  Sutton Valence Preparatory School
On: Wednesday, 21 Nov 2018
Venue: at Home

Both teams started with a try that was more due to a lack of tackling than impressive attacking play! Then Tom R started the ball rolling with a good tackle and everyone else started to join in. From this point, the attacking side had to work hard keeping the ball alive and building phases of play before going for the try. SVPS were very quick at the breakdown in the first half and won almost all the ball, which gave then a slight advantage. This was addressed at half-time and, in the first minute of the second half, Felix E was quick over the ball at the tackle and it was then quickly passed down the line, allowing us to score in the corner - perfect play. A few minutes later, Levi R did the same and suddenly we were very competitive in the tackle area, winning plenty of ball. Our running skills and support play was also very good, making it a very enjoyable game to watch. Man of the Match: Oscar D (running skills) and Fergus P (the first player to tackle their strongest runner).
