Match Report
Saint Ronan's School Boys-U10A vs  Vinehall School
On: Wednesday, 11 Dec 2019
Venue: at Home

The start of the match was particularly cold and wet. The clouds gathered overhead and within ten minutes, the temperature had dropped significantly. The conditions were therefore hard, and cold hands and a wet and muddy ball made it almost impossible to play. However, both teams battled through and the first Saint Ronan's team managed to come back from 0-2 down to win 3-2. Kit was outstanding, making some wonderful tackles, and it wasn't until the end of the first game that Saint Ronan's started to play some good passing rugby. By dragging Vinehall towards the ball, we then shifted the ball wide to score in the corners.

The second SRS team then came on to play and a different match, with more following rugby, was played. An excellent display of rugby by both teams but what Saint Ronan's did well was their support play, thanks to Ollie B and Theo, as well as great defensive tackling by Henry, Louis and Kit. A good 4-2 win. A great end to the first half of the season. Target- stay fit over the Christmas period.
